Method
- Fry urad dhal in a pan with no oil.
- In one teaspoon of oil fry chilies, onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
- Later to this, add cut capsicum pieces and fry till it becomes soft and keep it aside.
- In a mixie, grind these first - coriander bunch, amchur powder, salt.
- Then add all the fried ingredients.
- Finally add roasted gram and grind it, add very little water if needed.
- Then seasoning with mustard seeds can be given to this tasty and nutritious chutney.
Note:
Roasted gram is Puttani dhal in Hindi, pottukadalai in Tamil, senagapappu in Telugu.
