Fry brinjals, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10 - 15 minutes in medium heat or until the colour of brinjal changes.
Grind them when its cool, add salt and the seasoning.
Heat 1tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curryleaves to it.
serve this chutney with pao or paratha or fried rice.
10-12tsp oil,
1/2tsp mustard,
1/2tsp turmeric,
