Brinjal Chutney

Method

  1. Fry brinjals, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10 - 15 minutes in medium heat or until the colour of brinjal changes.

  2. Grind them when its cool, add salt and the seasoning.

  3. Heat 1tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curryleaves to it.

  4. Your chutney is ready.
  5. serve this chutney with pao or paratha or fried rice.

Ingredients:
2-3 brinjals
5- 6 red chillies
1tsp tamerine liquid, salt to taste
1tsp jeera

10-12tsp oil,
1/2tsp mustard,
1/2tsp turmeric,
curry leaves
