Coriander Coconut Chutney Sandwich

Method

  1. Grind the coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger & salt together.

  2. Take the bread, apply some butter, some cheese (optional). Now apply the chutney on the bread slices.

  3. Arrange the vegetables on the slices & spread the ranch dressing on it.

This sandwich can be made within 15 minutes & if the chutney is already prepared & kept you need few minutes.

(If you non-vegetarian you can add boiled & sliced eggs or an omellete, chicken with the vegetables).

Ingredients:
Bread
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Coconut 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2-3 nos.
Ginger small piece skinned & cut into small piece
Tomatoes sliced
Potatoes boiled skinned & sliced
Cucumber skinned & sliced
Ranch dressing
Salt
