Grind the coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger & salt together.
Take the bread, apply some butter, some cheese (optional). Now apply the chutney on the bread slices.
Arrange the vegetables on the slices & spread the ranch dressing on it.
This sandwich can be made within 15 minutes & if the chutney is already prepared & kept you need few minutes.
(If you non-vegetarian you can add boiled & sliced eggs or an omellete, chicken with the vegetables).
