Method
  1. Dry roast seeds in a pan. Allow it to cool.
  2. Dry grind it along with other ingredients.
  3. Since this is dry, it stays for few days.
  4. This goes well with anything. For chapati mix, add little with curd or ghee.

Note:
A very good source of Omega 3 for vegetarians, flax seeds can be taken in small quantities daily

1 cup - flex seeds
2 pinch - jaggery / sugar
1 to 2 cloves - garlic(optional)
tamarind (dry) little
red chilli powder
salt
