Method
  1. Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds with very little water to a fine paste.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
Ingredients:
1 bunch - coriander leaves
8 - green chillies (chopped)
10 to 12 - cloves garlic (peeled)
11/2�� - ginger
11/2 tsp - cumin seeds
salt to taste
juice of one big lemon
