Method
- Soak all the greens for about 10 to 15 minutes to get rid of dirt.
- Chop onions and amalas.
- Grind all the ingredients using minimum water.
- Add salt and red pepper and if required add lime juice.
Note:
- Sugar counters the pungent taste of amala and also makes chutney sweet and sour.
- This chutney is rich in iron and vit C.
