Method

  1. Pluck the mint leaves wash and keep aside.

  2. Put some oil in a pan, fry the urad daal , green chillies and onions till onions really get cooked.

  3. Add mint leaves and fry a little longer.

  4. Then put into a blender along with tamrind, cumin seeds and salt.

Tastes good with rice. Add curry leaves with mint to enrich the smell and taste.

Ingredients:
A bunch of Mint
1 small Onion chopped
2 tsps of Urad daal
Tamarind
6-7 Green Chillies.
2 tsps Cumin seeds
