Pluck the mint leaves wash and keep aside.
Put some oil in a pan, fry the urad daal , green chillies and onions till onions really get cooked.
Add mint leaves and fry a little longer.
Then put into a blender along with tamrind, cumin seeds and salt.
Tastes good with rice. Add curry leaves with mint to enrich the smell and taste.
