Ingredients: A powdered chutney - goes well with rice, dosas and idlies
urad dal - 1/4 kg.
red chillies - 200 gms (approx.)
hing - one medium piece (if powder approx. 1 t-spoon)
channa dal - 50 gm.
roast with little oil red chillies + urad dal + hing + salt.
