Method
- Take 2 tbsp of Oil in a pan and fry the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and red chillies.
- Fry till the fenugreek seeds turn brown.
- Let the mix cool and grind it coarsely. Add lemon juice and salt to the powder.
- It goes well when served with ghee rice.
- Can also be served with dosa or idli.
