Method
  1. Cover tamarind with water for 5 mins, and then strain out the juice.
  2. Roast coconut and sesame seeds and grind to a paste with the rest of the above ingredients and mix into the jaggery water.
Ingredients:
25 g - each of cashewnut, raisins and groundnuts
25 g - each of grated jaggery and dates
1 - lime sized ball of tamarind
1 small piece - dry coconut
1 tsp - sesame seeds (til)
1 tsp - each of roasted and pounded cumin seeds and garam masala
salt and chilli powder to taste
