Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add hing,jeera,mustard seeds,red chillies,urad dal and turmuric.
  2. Wait till the mustard seeds splutter.Let it cool for a min.
  3. Add this to the blender (mixie) and make a powder.
  4. To this add raw onion pieces and salt and blend once again to make a coarse paste.
  5. This chutney is good with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
big onion-1
red chillies-3
jeera (cumin)-1tsp
rai (mustard)-1tsp
hing-a pinch
turmeric-a pinch
urad dal-1tsp
oil-1tsp
salt to taste
