Method
  1. Pound panchphoran coarsely.
  2. Heat 2 tbsps. mustard oil and fry the panchphoran nicely.
  3. Put in the rest of the above ingredients with the exception of ginger juice.
  4. When thick remove from fire and mix in the ginger juice.
  5. Last for 3 days.
Ingredients:
1 - small raw papaya, peeled, steamed and ground
25 - raisins
4 tbsp - sugar
1 tsp - salt
� tsp - panchphoran (a mixture of fenugreek, mustard anise, cumin seeds, shahjeera and fennel seeds)
1 tbsp - ginger juice
2 tbsp - thick tamarind juice
� tsp - turmeric powder
chilli powder to taste
