Method
Grate the mangoes.
Roast the methi seeds and red chillies in very little oil.
Coarsely grind the mangoes, coconut and other ingredients.
Add salt to taste.
Preserved for 1 to 2 days only.

1/2 - coconut (grated)
3 to 4 - red chillies
7 to 8 seeds - methi seeds
1/2 tsp - hing powder
1/2 tsp - oil
small piece - jaggery
salt to taste
