Peel and chop the Raw Mango
To the chopped raw mango, add water and allow the mangoes to stew. When it is almost cooked, add sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves.
Boil milk. Reduce flame. Allow milk to simmer until reduced to half.
Add crushed cardamom
Finishing
Allow the stewed mango and reduced milk to cool separately. When cool, blend together and chill in the refrigerator. Serve chilled and enjoy.
