Method
Add oil to kadhai add jeera,after it has crackeled add dry chillis and garlic and finely chopped oninon. After its pinkish brown, add finely minced red pepper. Cook it it properly cooked with soft texture add tamrind pasteand salt to taste. Grind the cooked mixture with roasted peanuts and serve it with Hot Dosa or Idli.

2 Table Spoon of Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera 3-4 Dray Red Chilli(depending on ur taste) 2 big Red Peppers 1 Medium Onion 2 Garlic Petals 1/2 spoon Tamrind Paste 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts (skin removed) Salt to taste
