Method
  1. Cut gourd into small picies.
  2. Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan ,add green chillies .
  3. After a minute add the gourd pieces and tamarind stripsand allow it to cook for 10 mins.
  4. As fresh veggies have water inside it cooks well.
  5. Now add salt to taste and remove from flame
  6. Allow it cool. Grind all these to a rough mixture.
  7. In a pan heat 1tbsp of oil and add all the seasoning along with curry leaves.
  8. Now add onions cut into small pieces and allow them to cook for a couple of minutes.
  9. Now add the ground mixture and mix well, leave this on flame for 5 minutes.
  10. It is ready to serve hot with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
1 - large ridge gourd
2 - onions (cut into small pieces)
1 - stalk curry leaves
4 - green chillies
2 to 3 - small stips of tamarind
salt to taste

For Seasoning :
1 tbsp - oil
mustard
jeera
urad dal
hing (a pinch of each)
