Method
  1. Cut the tomatoes in square shape.
  2. Do not reseed the tomatoes.
  3. Slit the green chillies.
  4. Heat oil in pan. Fry the tomatoes.
  5. After about 15 minutes add the green chillies. Add salt to taste.
  6. Let it cook till the water dries up and oil comes to the side.
  7. Add mustard paste and mix well.
  8. Serve with paratha, rice etc.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg - tomato
300 g - green chilli
100 g - yellow mustard (paste)
1/2 litre - mustard oil
salt to taste
