Method
  1. Fry Urid dhal,channa dhal until they become brown.
  2. Fry groundnuts, noogulu.
  3. Fry the red chillies along with asafoetida.
  4. After this add the tamarind, jaggery and salt.
  5. At the end add dry coconut.
  6. When once all the ingredients are ready grind them into fine powder.
Ingredients:
urid dhal - 1/2 cup
channa dhal - 1/2 cup
groundnuts - 1/4 cup
noogulu - 1/4 cup
red chillies as per taste
tamarind - a small piece
dry coconut - 3 tbsps
jaggery - a small amount
asafoetida - a pinch
salt to taste
