Method
- Cut finely spinach leaves.
- Cut green chilly in to fine pieces, put in a bowl.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, salt, crushed groundnut, garlic-ginger paste to this mixture.
- Stirr well.
- Serve cold.

1 - green chilly
1/2 tsp - lemon juice
2 tbsp - crushed groundnut
ginger garlic paste
sugar to taste
salt to taste
