Method
- Pressure cook the dates, tamarind, jaggery and water on a medium flame till 3 whistles.
- Cool completely. Squeeze out the pulp.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seed powder.
- Mix well. Refrigerate in an air tight container.

200 g - seedless dates
100 g - tamarind
100 g - jaggery
2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - cumin seed powder
salt to taste
