Tomato-onion-coconut chutney

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions.
  2. After 5 mins add the tomatoes, then add the green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  3. When the tomatoes are cooked, add coconut, cool and grind with little water and salt.
  4. Goes very well with paddu and dosa.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes cut - 4 nos
Onions cut - 4 nos
Grated coconut - 1/4
Green chillies - 3 nos.
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to saute
