Method

  1. Roast dry all the Ingredients separately. Except (Elachi and Turmeric)

  2. Mix all the ingredients, Powder fine in a liquidiser (blender or mixie), adding the turmeric powder.

  3. Store in an airtight container, or bottle. And use when required. Store in frozen also it will be stay year.

  4. Whenever make rice finally you will add this masala powder and curry leaves also.

Ingredients:
Udar Dal : 1/2 cup
Channa dal : 1/2 Cup
Coriander Seeds : 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds : 1 tbsp
Cinnamon : 10 Sticks
Cloves : 5 Nos
Elachi : 5 Nos
Copra : 1 cup graated
Red Chillies : 2/12 volume of Coriander seeds
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp
