Method
  1. Wash pudina and corriander and ginger cut all the things to samll pieces. Grind it in mixer.
  2. Very nice in bread toast, dip for salads, mix with plain rice eat with grilled papad.
  3. Side dish for idli and dosa.

big onion-1
pudina and corroander- 1 big bunch
curry leaves -half cup
cocount-4 pods
green chilli 3-4
ginger- a small piece
tamarind paste- 1 tsp
salt to taste
