Method
Heat 1tsp oil, fry red chillis, jeera & dhania seeds
Remove, make course powder leave the powder in the mixer)
Add remaining oil and fry coriander leaves under sim for 2 to 3min till they become dry
Add garlic cloves, stir for few seconds
Combine these fried ingredients & salt, to the mixer & again run it for 2 min till every thing is blended well
Add lime juice & run mixie for few sec & remove
This is a semi dry chutney served with idli/dosa/upma/pongal
Can be kept in fridge for a week

100gms - coriander leaves (washed, drained & partly dried)
8 - red chillis
8 to 10 cloves - garlic
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - jeera
1/2 tbsp - lime juice
1 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - dhania seeds
