Method
  1. Heat 1tsp oil, fry red chillis, jeera & dhania seeds
  2. Remove, make course powder leave the powder in the mixer)
  3. Add remaining oil and fry coriander leaves under sim for 2 to 3min till they become dry
  4. Add garlic cloves, stir for few seconds
  5. Combine these fried ingredients & salt, to the mixer & again run it for 2 min till every thing is blended well
  6. Add lime juice & run mixie for few sec & remove
  7. This is a semi dry chutney served with idli/dosa/upma/pongal
  8. Can be kept in fridge for a week

Ingredients:
100gms - coriander leaves (washed, drained & partly dried)
8 - red chillis
8 to 10 cloves - garlic
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - jeera
1/2 tbsp - lime juice
1 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - dhania seeds
