Cut Mango Pickle

Method

  1. Cut the mango into very small pieces without peeling.

  2. Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder , mustard powder, oil , lemon juice and mix them all.

  3. Put all the item in a storage box and eat only after 5 to 6 hrs as it need to mix well.

This chutney need to be stored in refrigerator. It goes well with Rice, Idli, Dosa. Hope every one enjoy.

Ingredients:
Raw Mango which is very hard.(1 medium)
Red Chilli Powder (2 spoons)
Salt (as required)
Asofotedia (a pinch)
Turmeric (a pinch)
Mustard powder (3 to 3 1/2 spoons)
Oil (2 table spoons)
Lemon Juice (add it if the mango not too sour. Add 1 to 2 table spoons)
