Method
- Wash the carrots, peel the skin and grate it.
- Add salt, chilli powder (as per your choice) and fresh lemon juice.
- Mix it well by hand for 5 mins.
- Now put some oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
- When the mustard starts spluttering switch off the stove and pour that in the chutney which was in the bowl.
- Mix well. Taste it.
- If you want to make it for 2-3 days, keep this in refrigerater.

2 - medium size carrots
4 tsp - fresh lemon juice
1 tbs - oil
1 tbs - mustard
� tbs - hing
salt to taste
