Grated Carrot Pickle

Method
  1. Wash the carrots, peel the skin and grate it.
  2. Add salt, chilli powder (as per your choice) and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Mix it well by hand for 5 mins.
  4. Now put some oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
  5. When the mustard starts spluttering switch off the stove and pour that in the chutney which was in the bowl.
  6. Mix well. Taste it.
  7. If you want to make it for 2-3 days, keep this in refrigerater.
Ingredients:
2 - medium size carrots
4 tsp - fresh lemon juice
1 tbs - oil
1 tbs - mustard
� tbs - hing
salt to taste
chilli powder
