  1. Wash the green chilli well, dry it well. Cut it into small pieces of 1 cm each.

  2. Add mustard powder, gigelly oil, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder to the cut green chillies, mix well and bottle it and keep it closed. Let the chillies soak well. It would roughly take 3 or 4 days.

One word of precaution is please see that the chillies are always immersed in the lemon juice.

Ingredients:
Green Chilli 200 gm
Gingelli Oil 150 ml
Lemon juice 200 ml
Salt 100 gms
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 150 gms
