Method
- Finely powder mustard seeds and keep aside.
- Cut ripe cucumber into very small pieces.
- Add powdered mustard, salt, chilli powder and turmeric to the cucumber .
- Mix well with hand and keep aside for around 30 mins.
- Add oil on top without heating .
- Instant pickle is ready within less than an hour.
- This can be kept at room temperature for a week.
Ingredients:
ripe cucumber - 1 medium sized
raw mustard seeds - 2 tsp
salt - 2 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
turmeric - 1 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
