Instant Pickle with Ripe Cucumber

Method
  1. Finely powder mustard seeds and keep aside.
  2. Cut ripe cucumber into very small pieces.
  3. Add powdered mustard, salt, chilli powder and turmeric to the cucumber .
  4. Mix well with hand and keep aside for around 30 mins.
  5. Add oil on top without heating .
  6. Instant pickle is ready within less than an hour.
  7. This can be kept at room temperature for a week.
Ingredients:
ripe cucumber - 1 medium sized
raw mustard seeds - 2 tsp
salt - 2 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
turmeric - 1 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
