Slit the Green Chillies and chop them finely.
Add asafoetida, Cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.
Add the grated ginger and chopped Chillies
Add Lemon juice and saut� it again for 10 to 15 min.
Cool and store them in refrigerator in a airtight containers. It stays for fours to fives days. If you love having chatpata stuffs, I am sure you will definitely enjoy it.
