Quick Green Chilli and Ginger Pickle

Method

  1. Clean and Grate ginger.
  2. Slit the Green Chillies and chop them finely.

  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Add asafoetida, Cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.

  5. Add the grated ginger and chopped Chillies

  6. Saut� it for at least 10 min.
  7. Add Lemon juice and saut� it again for 10 to 15 min.

  8. Finally add salt to taste.
  9. Cool and store them in refrigerator in a airtight containers. It stays for fours to fives days. If you love having chatpata stuffs, I am sure you will definitely enjoy it.

Ingredients:
Ginger - 200grams
Green chillies - 10-15 0r more if you don't mind having it volcanic hot.
Cumin seeds -2 tsp
Asafoetida ( Hing) - pinch
Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
Oil -1 � tbsp
Lemon juice - � cup
Salt to taste
