Method
  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add flour and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 mins. add milk, salt and pepper whisking the mixture as you add the milk. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add the olives, lemon juice and chopped spring onions. Stir well.
  5. Add parsley. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve hot.
Ingredients:
350 to 400 g - pasta of your choice, boiled and drained
1 3/4 cup - milk
3/4 cup - black olives
1/4 cup - chopped parsley
4 1/2 tbsp - butter
3 1/4 tbsp - plain flour
3 1/2 tbsp - lemon juice
2 - spring onions, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
