1 3/4 cup - milk
3/4 cup - black olives
1/4 cup - chopped parsley
4 1/2 tbsp - butter
3 1/4 tbsp - plain flour
3 1/2 tbsp - lemon juice
2 - spring onions, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
