350 to 400 g - cooked pasta
1/2 cup - peanut butter
1/2 cup - chopped parsley or coriander leaves
1/4 cup - soya sauce
2 tbsp - lemon juice
3 to 4 tbsp - sesame oil
1 tsp - hot chilli sauce
1 tsp - red chilli powder
5 - spring onions, washed, trimmed and cut diagonally into 1 1/2 cm pcs
2 1/2 tbsp - chopped peanuts
