Banana & Papaya Salsa

Method
  1. Bake the bananas in their skins in a pre-heated oven at 190°C until the skins turn dark brown.
  2. Cool the bananas, peel and chop and mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients.
  3. Serve with chicken or tuna.
Ingredients:
2 - ripe bananas
1 - mango, peeled, stone removed and diced
2 tsp - ginger juice
1 1/4 tbsp - lime juice
1/2 tsp - chilly powder
