6 - hot green chillies, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 clove - roasted garlic
2 tbsp - diced onion
2 - tomatoes, blackened, seed and juice removed, pulp chopped
1 tsp - finely minced fresh oregano
1/2 tsp - minced fresh marjoram
1 tsp - olive oil
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
