Method
- Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
- Cook them and remove the water.
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
- Add the tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the boiled bitter gourd and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:
4 - bitter gourd
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
1 tsp - chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to fry
