Cabbage Masala

Method
  1. Cut the cabbage into tiny pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
  3. Add the onions and saute it.
  4. Add the tomatoes, cabbage, garam masala, and salt and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Ingredients:
10 - tiny Ooty cabbage
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
1/2 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
