Method
- Boil the carrots.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add the carrots and chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the grated coconut and salt.
- Serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups - finely chopped carrot
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - chilli powder
1/2 cup - grated coconut
1 tsp - oil
Salt to taste
