Method
Kofta

  1. Mash the boiled Colocasia. Mix all the ingredients mentioned for Kofta to this.

  2. Now make small round/flat sized koftas and roll it on the bread crumbs.

  3. Fry it in oil. After it turns brown, keep it on the paper napkins so that the extra oil gets soaked.

Curry

  1. Heat oil in pan. First fry cumin seeds, bay leaves, dry red chilli, cardamom

  2. Put turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and then milk

  3. After sometime put the tomatoes to the masala.

  4. Simmer the flame and cook for few minutes and then put ghee.

Place the koftas in the bowls and pour the curry on it just before serving, otherwise the koftas will become very soft and may get mixed with the curry. Enjoy!
