Corn peas curry

Method
  1. Heat two tbsp. oil in the pan
  2. Add the chopped, fry well then add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add the tomato puree.
  4. Cook till it boils then add the red chilli powder, spices and salt.
  5. Then add corn and peas and mix well.
  6. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook on a slow flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Enjoy with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
150g sweet corn
100g fresh green peas
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chillipowder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 cup coriander leaves
Oil for cooking
