By : Saroj KeringBreak the khakras and papads into 1" pieces roughly
Add oil in a sauce pan
Add seeds to splutter
Add curry leaves
Add water, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt
Bring water to boil
When it begins to boil add khakras and papad pieces
Cook on slow flame till khakras and papads are soft
Add lemon juice
Allow most of the water to soak
Do not make too dry
Add coriander leaves
It should be mushy to eat
Serve hot
