Ingredients:
1 small brinjals, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 small sweet potato, cut into 1 inch cubes
250 gms. Mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, French beans and capsicums
1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Each of ground cumin and coriander seeds
1 medium tomato, peeled and pureed
1 cup curds
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt to suit the taste
