Method
- Boil the potatoes.
- Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
- Add all the other ingredients and the potatoes.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook well for 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Finely Chopped Palak
2 - Potato
1 tsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp - Chilli Sauce
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
