Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till brown.
  2. Add 1 cup of curd, salt and all the spices.
  3. Mix well, add methi leaves, cover and cook
  4. When the methi leaves are done, add the roasted papad, cover and cook for 1 min.
  5. It is a semi gravy vegetable.
  6. Enjoy with roti or paratha.
Ingredients:
1 bunch - fenugreek
2 to 3 - roasted papad
1 - onion
1 cup - curd
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - red chillipowder
2 tsp - coriander powder
Oil for cooking
