Steamed Oats Soya Manchurian

Method
  1. Mix the ingredients for Manchurian and make dough.
  2. Use little water if needed.
  3. Prepare medium sized balls.
  4. Steam them around 8-10 minutes and keep aside.
  5. To make sauce: Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add green chillies and water. When water bois add onion, capsicum, tomato sauce and vinegar to it.
  6. Now, add Manchurian balls, salt and pepper.
  7. Bring mixture to boil and then add diluted flour (atta in water) in sauce.
  8. Let is simmer for a minute.
  9. Garnish and serve hot.
Ingredients:
Oats - 2 tbsp
Soya granules - 2 tbsp
Paneer - 1 cup
Atta - 2 tbsp
Cabbage, chopped - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Spring onion - 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

For sauce:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Water as required
Onion - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 1 tbsp
Cabbage - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For garnishing:
Chopped coriander leaves
