Method
  1. Wash daal and cut pieces of paalak.
  2. Boil it putting in salt chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder.
  3. When done mash it little.
  4. Take a pan put oil in it.
  5. Then cumin seeds when they start crackling add cloves of garlic.
  6. Then cut pieces of onions tomatoes red chillies a pinch of aasto fodia.
  7. When these are done add the daal mixture and mix well.
  8. It can be eaten with roti or rice.
Ingredients:
100 gms - tuvar daal
1 bunch - paalak
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - coriander powder
2 to 3 pcs - garlic cloves
2 to 3 pcs - whole red chillies
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 pinch - aastofodia oil for cooking
salt to taste
