Mix all the ingredients of koftas & shape them into lemon sized balls.
Heat the oil in karahi, then fry the balls 4-5 at a time, till it become golden brown. Fry all the koftas & keep them aside.
Now in a grinder put onion, ginger & garlic & convert them in a paste. Take oil in a pan, when it is hot put zeera, when it sputters put this paste & fry till it leaves the oil or little brown in colour.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tomato puree, fry it for another 2 minutes. Now add kitchen king powder and water. Add salt, let it boil, then simmer it for 10-12 min. When gravy is almost done add garam masala powder.
PRIOR TO SERVING ADD KOFTAS, BOIL IT ONCE & SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR PARATHA.
1 cup Ankurit moong {sprouted green lentils}
1/2 cup Besan
1tsp. Chat masala
1/2tsp. Red chilli powder
1/2tsp. Garam Masala powder
1" Ginger piece grated
1 tbsp.fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
1-2 Green Chilli chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For Gravy:
1 small Onion chopped
1" Ginger piece chopped
4-5 flakes Garlic chopped
2 tsp. Tomato puree
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala powder
1/4 tsp. Red Chilli powder
1 tsp. Kitchen King powder
1/2 tsp. whole Jeera
Salt ot taste
Water as per need
2 tbsp. Oil
