1 tsp - mustard
1 tsp - urid dal
1 tsp - chana dal
1 - red chilli
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - sabji masala powder
1 tbsp - jaggery
3 tbsp - sunflower oil
chopped coriander leaves - for flavour
chopped curry leaves - for flavour
chilli powder (if desired)
asafoetida (if desired)
salt to taste
