Cauliflower curry in onion sauce

Method
  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower.
  2. Add these cauliflower florets with sufficient water and turmeric powder.When the water starts boiling,remove from flame .Drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. Chop the onion, and grind it coarsely.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.Now add the grinded onions and saute it well, until the raw smell extracts from it and the onion paste turns slightly brown.
  5. Add the florets along with sambar powder and salt.Mix it gently.
  6. Add little water, cover and cook in low flame. Keep stirring occasionally,until the water gets drained off and the cauliflowers get cooked.
  7. Finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Spicy Cauliflower subzi is ready to be served.
