Method
  1. Cook diced corn in 2cup water for 2 min.cool.Drain the water.Keep aside.
  2. Prepare the corn style soup as per paket instruction.Take a bowl.
  3. Put in besan,buttermilk,drained water,ginger-green chilli paste,salt and stir well till blended.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai.When hot add jeera,red chillies,stir well.Now add the besan buttermilk mix and continue stirring.
  5. As the kadhi starts thickening add the boiled baby corn.After 2 mins add the prepared cron soup.Stir till the kadhi thickens.
  6. Add the coriander leaves or parsley.Off the gas.
  7. Serve hot with Rice and papad and achar.
Ingredients:
diced baby corn-1 cup,
besan-1 tablesp,
haldi powder-1/2 tsp,
buttermilk-1 glass,creamstyle corn soup packet,
ginger-grrenchiili paste-1tsp,
red chillies-2,
oil-1tablspsalt to taste,
coriander leaves or parsley-2 tsp,
jeera-1/2tsp.
