Method
  1. Heat the oil, then put besan stir till it becomes brown and the smell starts to come. After that you have to put the butter milk, turmeric powder, green chillies curry patta and salt, keep it on till the boil comes.

  2. Before serving you put coriander leaves. It should be served hot.

Ingredients:
1. Besan 4 tbsp
2. Oil 3 tbsp
3. Buttermilk (light and sour) 3 cups
4. Green Chillies - 6 to 8 (finely chopped)
5. Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Currypatta - one branch (optional)
8. Coriander leaves (optional)
