Kadhi Bhat (Curd curry)

Method
  1. Take curd into the mixture and finely whisk until it looks smooth.
  2. There should not be lumps of curd.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add musturd and cumin seeds.
  4. Let it split in a oil, then add green chilli paste.
  5. Let it golden brown in the oil.
  6. Now add curry leaves.
  7. Add dahi on high heat, then add a cup of water in it.
  8. Start stirring it with spoon till it gets just warm.
  9. Never let kadhi boil.
  10. Stir as well as good till your pan is on heat.
  11. Kadhi is ready.
  12. Serve with plain rice.
Ingredients:
curd - 1 cup
oil - 1 tsp
green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
1 cup - water
curry leaves
cumin seeds
mustard seeds
finely chopped coriander
salt to taste
