Method
- Take curd into the mixture and finely whisk until it looks smooth.
- There should not be lumps of curd.
- Heat oil in a pan, add musturd and cumin seeds.
- Let it split in a oil, then add green chilli paste.
- Let it golden brown in the oil.
- Now add curry leaves.
- Add dahi on high heat, then add a cup of water in it.
- Start stirring it with spoon till it gets just warm.
- Never let kadhi boil.
- Stir as well as good till your pan is on heat.
- Kadhi is ready.
- Serve with plain rice.

curd - 1 cup
oil - 1 tsp
green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
1 cup - water
curry leaves
cumin seeds
mustard seeds
finely chopped coriander
salt to taste
